October 9-10, 2010: Federwieser Celebration

Our Federweisser und Zweibelkuchen event is where guests can sample our still-fermenting white wine - known as the federweisser. It's a treat because the flavors are extremely bold when the wine is in this stage of fermentation. We serve it along with the traditional German Zweibelkuchen - a delicious onion tart. Come join us for this celebration of the new vintage! We will have food, music, and depending on the weather maybe even a fire to warm up with! Typically there is still lots of activity from crush happening at this time of year. Come on out and enjoy the harvest atmosphere and our Federweisser wine pricing!
