February Red Wine and Chocolate

This February 17 (Friday) through February 20 (Monday) stop by the tasting room at Steppe Cellars to enjoy some chocolate and wine. This is always a favorite event of ours, because it is so much fun to experiment with the aromas and flavors of the wines along with the chocolates. We will have a large variety of "scents" or "standards" out to make your stop at Steppe a true sensory experience. In addition we will have 2 different chocolate fondues each with a different percentage of chocolate. There will also be a variety of dippers, that can further change the flavors you may notice, both with the chocolates and with the wine you sample. Smell the scents, compare to the wine, taste the wine, taste the different chocolates with one dipper and then with another.
